Abstract on the computer Jan 01, 2018 through December 31, 2018 was Beta Phase only. Rich County’s Abstract Books have been scanned in their entirety and placed on our website Here. The data in the Abstract Books is complete up through December 31, 2018.  

ACCURACY, CHANGES AND CONTINUITY OF SERVICE
Rich County Government (the County) tries to ensure that the information made available on the County's website is accurate and complete. Due to factors beyond the control of the County, however, it cannot guarantee against unauthorized modification of information or errors made in inputting and posting data. The County may make changes to a web page at any time to update, add or correct the information made available.

The County has made the content of certain pages of its website available to the public. Documents available from the Recorder’s Office are not intended to establish actual physical property lines.  To establish exact physical boundaries a survey of the property may be necessary.

The materials made available for public use on the County's website are from computer systems located within the County, and are for the use and benefit of the citizens of Utah and Rich County. Any person who uses these systems or attempts to gain access to information or materials on these systems is subject to the jurisdiction of the County and/or the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from a person using or attempting to use information or materials on the County's website shall be determined in accordance with Rich County laws and any applicable Utah laws and in the courts of Utah.
